I understand that life can be unpredictable and that appointments may need to be canceled! If you need to cancel your appointment, I ask that you please let me know 24 hours or more in advance. You can reach me personally at this number provided. (216) 471-1348. ⟡ Last minute and/or same day cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% fee for services booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. ALL fees are non refundable. Clients with reoccurring behaviors will unfortunately be banned from being able to make any future online bookings. ⟡ Please note that I cannot always accommodate you if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your service. In this case, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be forced to reschedule for another time. ⟡ A credit card is required when booking an appointment. Therefore, any same day cancellations / no-show fees will be billed to the existing credit card you have placed on file. If however, the card that you have placed on file cannot be processed successfully, you will have an outstanding balance remaining on your account until further notice. ⟡ If you happen to be experiencing any issues such as early fall out regarding your lash extensions, discomfort or any type of allergic reaction from your service, it is extremely important that you notify me within 7 days of your last appointment so that I can accommodate you in a timely manner.
